Plans call for 60,000-70,000 SF of retail, restaurant and entertainment space along City Point Drive serving as the center for City Point. In addition to being a master developer, Centurion American is also the owner of numerous restaurant and entertainment concepts with intentions to bring them to City Point over the next couple of years. Two acres at the corner of Boulevard 26 and Rodger Line are also designated for a hotel to complement the development.

In addition to the 171,000 SF City Hall, adjacent to City Point is over 350,000 SF of medical office space led by Medical City North Hills, a 176-bed hospital surrounded by three addi­tional professional office buildings, all within a 5 minute walk City Point's commercial district.
